Video review: Benji Knewman

Benji Knewman was one of my favourite launches of 2014, so I was excited to see issue two arrive last week. It’s another fantastic read that ranges far and wide, beginning with a cryptic editor’s letter and taking readers on a bizarre journey through interviews, first-person confessionals and comic strips.

The strange genius of Benji Knewman is that it all somehow hangs together and feels part of a unified whole. Issue three is slated for an autumn release and I’m already looking forward to seeing what they do with it.
