It’s been brilliant to watch Mod Mag grow over the last four years – the 2016 edition was held at Central St Martins on Thursday and sold out in record time. The whole day was a resounding success, packed with great speakers from around the world who came to share their thoughts on magazine making, both for independents and mainstream titles.

If you didn’t make it to the event you can check out Grace’s thoughts on the day in her round up of the conference, or listen to this week’s podcast to hear direct from the man himself. Jeremy Leslie is the creative director of magCulture and Mod Mag is his baby, and in this week’s episode he speaks about his reasons for starting it all in the first place, and why he enjoyed this one more than any of the others.

If you enjoy this one, you can hear all our previous episodes on our Soundcloud page, and of course you can follow us there or on iTunes, or wherever else you get your podcasts. (I think – please do let me know if we’re not somewhere we should be!)
