Football mad

You might have noticed that there’s a bit of football going on at the moment. It certainly hasn’t passed the magazine world by – check magCulture for Jeremy’s verdict on the efforts by L’Uomo Vogue, Sepp and the New Yorker.

So it seems a good time to launch a new football title – one that takes an alternative view of the beautiful, beery game. It’s too early to say whether The Green will be any good, but the preview shots below suggest a smart, thoughtful approach that goes behind the scenes both on and off the pitch. More news on the first issue as I get it – as long as I’m not completely sick of hearing about footy by then.
