- How do I know which magazine I’ll get?
Each delivery of Stack is a surprise so there’s no way of knowing what will come next. However, every magazine delivered by Stack comes with a guarantee that it represents the very best of independent magazine publishing, targeted at intelligent readers who appreciate an alternative to the mainstream. If you are not satisfied with the Stack service, you can cancel your subscription at any time and receive a full refund for the magazines you did not receive that year. Just send an email to info@stackmagazines.com stating your name and the reason why you want to cancel your subscription. - What if I don’t want some of the magazines?
We think you’ll enjoy all the Stack titles, but if there are any that you already subscribe to, buy regularly or don’t want to receive for any other reason, you can let us know by listing the titles in the text box when you subscribe. You can also let us know at any other time by sending an email to info@stackmagazines.com. In the unlikely event that we are unable to meet your annual quota of magazines because you have opted not to receive several titles, we will provide a full refund at the end of the year for the magazines you did not receive. - How do I cancel my subscription?
Simply send an email to info@stackmagazines.com, stating your name and address and the reason why you want to cancel your subscription. You will receive a confirmation email and your subscription will be cancelled. - Can I get Stack outside the UK?
Yes. Stack is available all over the world, but the prices for delivery vary. Click here to see the different prices for distribution. - Can I buy Stack as a gift?
Yes. When you subscribe you will be asked to provide a billing address, and you will have the option to provide a separate postal address. To buy Stack as a gift, submit your billing address as normal, but when you see the information that says ‘Post to:’, click ‘Change’. Enter the recipient’s name and address in the ‘Post to:’ box and Stack will send the magazines direct to them. If you accidentally enter the wrong information, simply send an email to info@stackmagazines.com stating your own name and address and the name and address that you would like the magazines to go to.
