The Do Lectures have been publishing books for years, but The Stress Report is their first foray into magazine publishing. An attractive collection of practical advice for living a better, less stressed life, it runs to 138 pages of short, accessible stories and notes.

In editor and publisher David Hieatt’s opening letter he points out that the magazine was made in just 12 weeks, giving his team the opportunity to take a deep dive into a single subject but still produce something relatively quickly (and no doubt experience a fair amount of stress in the process!)

I would have been interested to see some longer articles in the editorial mix, but even without that this is an interesting and assured first issue. Take a look at the video below to see the results for yourself, and check The Stress Report page for more information on the new project.
