Podcast: Marco Velardi, Apartamento magazine

Ten years old, with 20 biannual issues under its belt, Apartamento magazine is one of the best known independent titles publishing today. So when I bumped into editor-in-chief Marco Velardi last week, I jumped at the chance of speaking to him about the magazine and its steady evolution.

It was fascinating to hear him speaking about the cultural and technological changes that have taken place during that time (the iPhone has also just turned 10 years old) and very funny to hear that when it first launched, people assumed Apartamento was a mini version of a bigger magazine.
