This week on Sampler we’re very pleased to be offering Minchō – a Spanish quarterly magazine that’s pretty much every illustration-lover’s dream.

Each issue of Minchō explores a different visual theme and this time it’s all about folklore: Illustrators Aitch, Sergio Mora and Nora Krug explore how nations around the globe have translated their fears and wishes into myths; Irene Sánchez looks at the surprising origin of classic childrens’ fairytales; and cover artist ATAK explores the essence of myth.

If you’re into illustration or folklore, this one is well worth checking out. Head over to our Sampler page for more info and sample spreads, and of course to buy a copy. With Sampler you get 10% off and free/subsidised shipping, but we’ve only got 100 copies so don’t hang around too long!
