Art & design Current affairs

Having fought out a closely-run race with Cura and survived some questionable tactical voting, it seems that the allure of Greek cuisine was simply too much for our readers and Taverna takes home the award for October’s favourite cover.

And congratulations to Christos on Twitter: not only do you win a free Stack subscription, but we are also pleased to confirm that Taverna very much does exist.

From now until 20 December we’ll be publishing the three most popular covers from each month of the year, according to likes on the Stack Instagram feed, and asking you to vote for your favourite. On 21 December, we’ll put all the monthly winners up against each other to decide 2018’s champion of champions. With the top title revealed on Christmas Eve, it’s also your chance to win a free Stack subscription for your trouble! Call it an early Christmas present, courtesy of Stack.

Check our Twitter and Instagram feeds today for your chance to weigh in. The voting ends at midnight tonight, and tomorrow morning we’ll pick one person to win a year’s subscription to Stack — so remember to check back!

Choose your favourite cover for November…

@ordinarymagazineofficial does… the drinking straw. Much maligned and soon to be no more – really looking forward to seeing @maxsiedentopf showing this one off – up next at #ModMag18

Fresh and juicy! @fressshmagazine is a lovely #riso printed zine made in Manchester to showcase the work of BAME designers like @stina_jones @_ughgross and @illustratorwithissues. Good work! #zine #bame #pink
