I’ve been a fan of Anorak for ages now, and even considered it for Stack at one point. In the end I decided that it wouldn’t be right to send out a children’s magazine, no matter how nicely put together it is.

There’s the occasional story (like the current issue’s photo story of a toy monkey that goes for a long weekend to Amsterdam and loses his mind) that I’d send out to grown ups in a second, but the majority of the magazine is just for children. Clever, smart, cool children, but children nonetheless. If you know a person who fits that description you should definitely put a copy of Anorak in front of them.

And for a limited time you can save money while you do so, because Anorak is offering bundles of four back issues, delivered to your door within the UK for just £10 (or £12 for Europe or £15 for USA). But it’s only available while stocks last, and Cathy from the magazine reckons her cupboards will be bare within about two weeks, so place your order now. You’ll get a random selection of titles from the past couple of years, and I really can’t recommend them highly enough.
