D&AD magazine jury announced

If you’re hoping to get your hands on a yellow pencil this year you’ve got until 27 January to get your entries in.

The jury for the Magazine and Newspaper category has been announced and there won’t be too many people surprised to learn that the godfather of independent magazines (and ardent supporter of Stack) Jeremy Leslie has been named the foreman of the panel.

The other name to jump out at me is Joerg Koch, editor of Berlin-based magazine 032c. It’s a fascinating magazine and he gave a brilliant presentation at this year’s Colophon so I hope we’ll get chance to hear his thoughts on the D&AD shortlist.
