Video review: The Gourmand

We were very excited to send out the 10th issue of The Gourmand in partnership with Google this month, as a way of marking the launch of the Pixel 2 phone. (If you’re a current or past Stack subscriber and you haven’t received a copy yet, drop us a line and we’ll send one your way.)

We chose The Gourmand because they’ve hit on something of a magic formula for magazine making, combining their playful tone with an exacting eye for detail, and using food as a way of introducing a series of extraordinary characters. Take a look at the video below to see inside the issue, including emojis in real life, an interview with the man who accidentally became Alice Cooper’s manager, and a beautifully esoteric version of the seven deadly sins…
