Video review: Pallet magazine

A new type of men’s magazine, Pallet is inspired by the world of independent beer and brewing.

Of course there’s nothing to say that beer is inherently a men’s subject, but looking at the type of stories in this second issue there’s plenty to fit the conventional men’s magazine MO (the Japanese mafia, the Wild West, survivalists). But this is a slightly different vision of masculinity to the one we’ve become accustomed to – there are no naked women on the pages of Pallet, signalling a very different and less sexualised approach to the market.
