International Designers Network prides itself on doing all the things that are normally considered too expensive or too difficult to do with ink on paper. It’s grown into one of the world’s most ambitious and highly regarded design magazines, and it really does have to be seen to be believed – pictures on a screen can’t do it justice!
We are IdN.
We are the makers of IdN Magazine.
What is IdN?
IdN Magazine is an international publication for creative people on a mission to amplify and unify the design community.
What makes it different to the rest?
We care about fluorescent inks, varying paper stocks, metallic hot foils, special varnish, laser diecuts, flocking and gatefolds more than you think.
Who makes IdN?
1 Publisher + 1 Art Director + 2 Editors + 2 Graphic Designers + 1 Multimedia Designer + 1 Communications Executive + 1 Shit Kicker.
Who reads it?
20% Graphic Designers
10% Creative Directors
10% Web/Multimedia Designers

Why did IdN start?
We needed something to keep busy back in 92, and as we experimented, we kept on with it.
Why do you work in magazines?
We thought it would be a breeze working on a 2-month cycle. We were wrong.
Aside from the print magazine, what else are you involved in?
Some web, music, films and DVD stuffs.
What would you change about IdN if you could?
Page dimensions and office locations.
Can you pick a favourite issue of IdN?
The next issue.
Where do you see IdN in five years?
Staying fresh, staying creative.
