Four & Sons is a big, friendly, happy magazine about dogs that was sent out to Stack subscribers in July. As editorial director Marta Roca notes in her introduction, it aims to reflect the “loyalty, trust and unconditional love” that comes from living with a dog. And the ‘living with’ bit is particularly important, because while dogs are the unifying factor across all the stories here, lots of attention is also given to the humans who share their lives with them.

Photography is an essential part of this magazine — Four & Sons won Best Use of Photography in the 2017 Stack Awards and was commended in both 2016 and 2015. This issue continues the strong run of image curation; take a look at the pictures above to see it for yourself.

Four & Sons was commended in the Subscriber’s Choice award at the 2018 Stack Awards
