Last week on Sampler we looked to Sweden and offered the super-cute newcomer Pet People, but this week we’re heading back to the UK and a true old time favourite.

The Ride Journal is a cycling magazine centred around personal tales written by people who love riding their bikes, combined with fantastic illustration, comics and photography.

In this issue we hear from cyclists of all kinds; from pro racers to commuters, BMXers to track riders, tourers to weekend warriors. We’re taken along on bike rides from Kyrgyzstan to New York, through Africa to the Himalayas, and all across Europe. In fact, check out our video review from Tuesday for a more detailed run-down of the issue.

Andrew and Philip have been making The Ride Journal as a labour of love for the last seven years, but with this tenth issue the brothers have decided to call it a day. The magazine is renowned for selling out and there’s no doubt this one is going to be an instant collectors’ item, so whether you’re a faithful reader, a cycling fanatic or a lover of great magazines, head over to our Sampler page to pick up a copy. As ever, you’ll get 10% off plus free shipping to the UK, US and Europe.
