A quality title that tries to understand a place by speaking to the chefs who work there, the second issue of Ambrosia magazine is out now and it’s taken some big steps forward.

Made by the same people who publish Drift, there’s never been any question of Ambrosia’s refinement and style. But with this second issue they’ve also added a subtle narrative structure to the stories and some broader context beyond the interviews themselves.
