The competition is hotting up! Yesterday’s poll was neck and neck (and neck) all day long and literally went down to the last few minutes, but come 6pm it was The Gentlewoman that emerged victorious. It was incredibly close, though, so thanks very much to everyone who voted for them, and for Delayed Gratification and Cereal, and congratulations to Davydd Chong, who wins a free year’s subscription to Stack thanks to this piece of drollery:

He wasn’t the only one to go down the delayed gratification route, but his had the best phrasing. And he also has one of the most upsetting profile pictures I’ve seen in a long time.

But the competition rumbles on, and today we have a fresh set of covers to quibble over. Take a look at them below, and tweet your favourite with the hashtag #cover2014 for your chance to win the year’s subscription to Stack.
