Stack is hiring – could you be our next editor?

It’s more than two years since Grace joined the Stack team as our editor, but now she’s moving on so we’re looking for a new writer, editor and tweeter to join our band of magazine fans.

First and foremost, you will be an excellent writer and editor, able to communicate your ideas in clear and compelling text. You will take care of planning and producing the reviews, interviews and features published on the Stack site, and you’ll be excited by the prospect of pitching new stories and formats to keep the coverage fresh and engaging.

You will be comfortable working with Google Analytics to understand how Stack content is performing, and you’ll use these insights to inform and improve the content you create.

You will also be responsible for running Stack’s social channels and email newsletters, and you’ll be comfortable using Instagram, Twitter, Facebook and Mailchimp to connect with our followers and promote our services. You will have experience working with WordPress, Photoshop and InDesign, and an interest in photography and video would be an advantage.

We can pay £25,000 and you’d be based at our offices in Somerset House in London.
