It’s strange to think that Stack has been on the go for six months now, but the first deliveries went out just before Christmas so there’s no avoiding the fact that we’re half a year old. Anyone who signed up for six magazines over consecutive months will be coming to the end of their subscription pretty soon, so I’ll be writing to all those people in the next couple of weeks to see whether they want to stay with Stack.

Hopefully lots of them will do, but by way of an extra incentive I’ve set up a deal with The Friday Project, a publishing house that specialises in taking the best bits from the internet and turning those bits into exciting new books. Scott Pack from The Friday Project is an award-winning blogger and a Stack subscriber, and he has offered all Stack resubscribers a free book from the following selection of titles:

Blood Sweat & Tea (Tom Reynolds)
Attention Deficit Disorder (Brad Listi)
A Gaijin’s Guide to Japan (Ben Stevens)
The Third Pig Detective Agency (Bob Burke)

It’s a pretty varied list and we’ll be adding more titles as they become available, so there should hopefully be something to suit most tastes. There are loads of free gifts and special extras lined up for the Stack packs over the coming months (not to mention some fine independent magazines) so watch out for more good stuff coming your way.
